Exchange and Cooperation:

Exchange: To host exhibitions, study missions and business seminars
for soliciting investment;

  1.2

Cooperation: To encourage product improvement, sales and
management enhancement among members;

2.

 Training Service: To hold policy-discussion seminars and training courses
 so as to upgrade corporate leadership;

3.

  Speech Service: To invite scholars and dignitaries to scheduled seminars, who will give insights into the globalization  by      SMEs;

4.

 Globalization Initiatives: To coordinate joint efforts among international organizations to establish joint ventures,   technological exchange and partnership;

Advisory Services:

 

  5.1

Legal Service Centre: To help members with addressing legal problems; to retain lawyers for arbitration;

  5.2

Financial Service Centre:

To provide members with financial advice and one-stop service for IPO by retaining professionals including accountants, asset assessors and economists as well.

  5.3

Trade Centre:

(1)

To develop international trade for members and align themselves with banks for L/C, logistics and customs clearance;

(2)

To help members with license application and other relevant matters;

(3)

To provide members with secretarial services, including telephone answering, fax handling, translation and meeting arrangement.

To make sure members to comply with the governmental regulations when they make investment;

To achieve:

 7.1

Financing and international IPO for member corporations through international financial institutions;

 7.2

the establishment of Bank for SMEs

 

8.

To create business opportunities through member networking, Internet websites, periodicals and other information to be disseminated over the world;

9.

To establish social club facilities at People’s Building in Shenzhen for
amenities, networking and leisure purposes.

 Conclusions

The Association, which is based in Hong Kong, has a global vision to serve SMEs in the region of Greater China so that SMEs are developed all round and fit into the international marketplace to the benefit of mankind.
