Hong Kong Small & Medium Enterprises General Association

Introduction

The Association (HKSMEGA) was established in June, 1995 as a non-profit organization and a vehicle for business and social networking. HKSMEGA has also joined China International Cooperation Association of SMEs as a member since its inception. HKSMEGA is devoted to economic development in Hong Kong and across the borders and exploits business opportunities in the wake of China being the host country of Olympics 2008 and member of the WTO.

To achieve this end, HKSMEGA, in collaboration with Shenzhen People??s Congress Cadres Training Centre (the Centre) set up Huaxia SME Club (Club) in Shenzhen in 2001. A signing ceremony for the joint project was held in People??s Building, Shenzhen on 28 July 2001. The Club serves as a venue for lodgings, dining, seminars and other business functions.
