Services offered by HKSMEGA under Pan-PRD Initiative and Fourth Round of CEPA launched on 1 July 2006: l To host seminars and field trips in Guangdong and other provinces as a means to understand regulations applicable to Hong Kong residents in pursuit of sole proprietorship therein; l To set up meetings between SMEs in Hong Kong and their foreign counterparts so as to create synergy in productivity and branding when making inroads into China under the privilege of zero tariff granted by CEPA; l To offer consultancy and ??one-stop service??to those service providers permitted by CEPA to operate as sole proprietor and source for partners in case of joint venture; l To update on market intelligence and opportunities for those industries favoured by CEPA through hosting study missions to major cities in China; l To reduce heavy investment and risk by making access to HKSMEGA??s business centre in Shenzhen for setting up temporary operations and conducting market research; l To assist SMEs from China in setting up branches, joint ventures , as well as investment through M & A and raising capital by IPO in Hong Kong. |
